Our Story

AC Fitness LLC was founded in Raleigh, North Carolina with one goal: give men 30 to 50 a real training and nutrition system instead of another generic workout plan.

My junior year of high school I was a skinny 110 pound teenager struggling with depression and a poor self image. I knew things were going to go downhill unless I took control and made a change.

I started focusing on how I was eating and pushing myself in the gym 5 days a week. By 19, I competed in my first bodybuilding show (NPC Teenage Nationals) and took 2nd place. Four years later, at 23, I won the heavyweight class at the USAs and earned my IFBB Pro card.

Over my career I have placed top 3 at the 212 Arnold Classic, top 6 at the 212 Mr. Olympia, and won 1st place at the 212 NY Pro. 15 years of ups and downs. Financial, personal, physical, mental. No matter what was going on, I always stayed in shape.

Why? Because it is part of who I am. It is not motivation. It is not willpower. It is not discipline. It is identity. No matter what happens in your life, you will always find a way to be the person you have decided you are.

AC Fitness exists for one reason. To help men who are winning at work and at home stop losing the fight with their body, by building, becoming, and stepping into an identity that weathers the storms in life.
